Revenue Guarantee Terms

The website describes an eight-month Revenue Acceleration Program and a $1 million new-contracted-revenue guarantee. This page summarizes the framework; the signed engagement agreement controls in all cases.
Not an online offer or automatic entitlement
The guarantee is not an automatic offer, warranty, or entitlement for every visitor. Participation is subject to qualification, diligence, availability, mutual fit, and a fully executed written agreement. Maven Revenue Partners may decline an engagement at its discretion.
Eligibility and baseline verification
Eligibility is determined before engagement and may include verification of revenue, sales capacity, offer economics, fulfillment capacity, tracking quality, access to required systems, decision-maker participation, and the ability to implement recommendations. The engagement agreement will state the final eligibility criteria and baseline used for measurement.
Measurement and attribution
The agreement will define what counts as new contracted revenue, the measurement period, permitted attribution methods, excluded revenue, and the source records that control. Accurate CRM access, sales data, call records, reporting, and reasonable cooperation may be required to evaluate performance and any revenue-share or refund calculation.
Client responsibilities
The guarantee may depend on the client providing timely access, truthful information, agreed resources, decision-maker participation, sales and fulfillment capacity, implementation support, approvals, and adherence to the execution plan. Material delays, missing data, inaccurate reporting, or failure to meet agreed responsibilities may affect eligibility or remedies as specified in the agreement.
Refund and remedy process
If the guarantee applies, the written agreement will define the notice process, review period, calculation method, exclusions, evidence standards, and the specific refund or other remedy. Maven Revenue Partners does not make any refund determination based solely on a website inquiry or informal communication.
